About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow Nivelo’s user base among our B2B channel partners. You will work closely with the Head of Partner Sales and be focused on growing our sales pipeline. As the first Sales Development Representative and the second member of the sales team, you will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Nivelo as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to create opportunities with potential partners
- Conduct outbound prospecting to increase awareness of Nivelo within existing partner ecosystems and convert leads into enrollments
- Work closely with the Head of Partner Sales to build better processes around outreach and engagement with partners
- Support the team with additional projects related to sales, account management, and marketing
Week by Week
In your first week you will:
- Onboard with the Nivelo team
- Develop an understanding of our products, company ecosystem, and roadmap
- Become familiar with our value proposition, branding, and customer base
In your first 6 weeks you will:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
- Set up processes for responding to inbound leads and monitoring interest from partners and businesses to increase conversions
- Improve on processes for tracking activity in regards to engagement with platforms and businesses
- Work cross-functionally with the partner engineering team on marketing new features and updates to partners and businesses
