About the role:

This is an execution role at its core: you'll run every new-client and new-module implementation from kickoff to go-live, and you'll own our support queue end to end. You'll set up bank and payroll-system connections, configure the platform, run penny tests, and hold the go-live bar — then keep the client documentation and runbooks behind it up to date.

This is an individual contributor role on a small team, working alongside a Senior Technical Account Manager and Technical Account Manager who own the ongoing account relationship once you hand a client off. There isn't an established playbook for it yet — you'll be shaping a lot of the process as you go, which is generally what it's like to work at Nivelo at this stage.

If you:

• Have originated or operated ACH against an ODFI and can explain origination, clearing, settlement, and returns without notes
• Have independently run a bank connection or file-format conversation directly with a bank's technical team
• Are comfortable in Retool or similar internal tooling, read API docs and logs, write SQL, and debug SFTP and file-based integrations yourself before ever filing a ticket
• Turn one-off fixes into runbooks and SOPs that outlast your involvement
• Thrive with no playbook, shifting priorities, a live support queue, and several parallel projects at once
